Building Long-Term Value Together with Pepkor

What began with a strategic partnership almost one year ago has developed into a growing relationship built around integrating technology, shared best practice and practical collaboration across regions.

Pepkor teams first used CLIV to conduct factory inspections across China, gaining real-time results, analytics and clearer insight into their quality processes. This real-time visibility and reporting, greater clarity and less time spent on manual documentation.

Next our teams travelled to South Africa to visit Pepkor’s key brands, retail stores, warehouses and their own manufacturing site. These visits helped us understand the group’s operations and how to add value across their different businesses.

More recently, we delivered our full TWO EIGHT ONE QC Training & Certification Programme at Pepkor Product Solutions’ offices and factories in China, giving their QC Inspectors a stronger foundation for consistent quality practices across the inspection process.

And now we’re in the thick of Vendor Self Inspection programmes. As our partnership develops, we look forward to supporting more teams and brands across the Pepkor Group in the coming months.
