As part of our internal QC Training and Certification Program, our team in Türkiye recently delivered the Garment AQL and Defect Classification modules, continuing our commitment to providing customers with a constantly evolving service to help them improve the quality of their products.

This training is fundamental in helping AQL inspectors accurately identify and classify defects and to establish a standardised framework for consistent, impact-based garment inspection.

The training covers every critical step of the process with a focus on identifying, categorising, and documenting critical, major, and minor defects accurately. The team also practiced running a full Final Inspection, from the initial pre-setup through to the final result declaration.

The engagement throughout the four-hour session was excellent, and the feedback from the participants was overwhelmingly positive.

We’ll continue to roll out these training modules to the rest of our teams, starting this month in China.
